Miami!!! It's better to have a smaller home in a better location (personal preference) than a larger home elsewhere bc location is everything! People, vibe, lifestyle, convience & most of all you love the area where you live 💖

Good videos. I would suggest upgrading your audio though - lots of echo / reverb. Get some sound panels for your walls in your studio.

Driving everywhere is “not my style” either :)) love walkable places, and that is also much healthier for humans in general :) walkability in a lot of areas in Miami is a key factor that made me choose this city from all the other nice weather / warm / tropical locations in the US (and i dont even speak Spanish and still feel fine here but am originally from another country)

I have visited both several times and Miami makes sense if you are young, want to go out and have a great night but as you get older, it's just too loud, crowded, especially around South Beach. Sunny Isles, Aventura & Hallandale are great choices to avoid it but after all, Fort Lauderdale won me over over the years, especially Lauderdale by the sea. There are no high buildings like in Miami and that makes it look great and it's not as overcrowded as Miami. Okay, Spring Break is an exception. Since both cities are pretty near, you don't really miss out on the other if you want to have a change for a day or two.

Definitely fort lauderdale and up is much more quiet than Miami, of course South Beach might be the worse in terms of youth and crows and music and noise. I always recommend to go north to have a more quite life! Thank you for your comment :)

Makes sense and it is personal preference, of course but not sure where this North American notion came from - that as you get older - life just “ends” and for some reason it becomes better to live in a more boring area with very few people and everything far apart - its a myth, fueled by car industry that turned a lot of America into these soulless car dependent suburbs - there are tons of countries and places where people live normal and great lives in walkable and fun neighborhoods with kids and families. Most of Europe probably. And it works totally fine - when one gets older, they are still a human who wants an engaging and interesting life and it does not have to be sacrificed to live in a boring car dependent suburb - its a myth.

I know I'm moving to miami from Bentonville and just a bit scared of the natural disaster and storms, any chance we can find out a way to know where the safer neighbourhoods are in case of floods, hurricanes etc. Cheers
