This is definitely an example a great work all the way around: Judge, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, etc. They did an extremely thorough job with this Case & Trial.

He uses some strategy to ask questions.. the same in duffer t ways to fluster the witness and their answer. It’s a strategy that just gets ppl mad honestly!

It’s strategy- called a recitation of the earlier questioning asked in slightly different ways so as to provide the jury with a different way of looking at questions & answers. It’s also a strategy when the defense knows the witness provided damning or negative testimony that hurts the defense, but made to look as though the defense has “lots of questions” for this particular witness. It’s also a hope to get the witness to potentially answer in a different way (especially if defense questions are asked vaguely and out of order) so they can argue later the witness was inconsistent or answered differently. Trickery.

What bothered me is when he objected to Atty McGuiness for “leading” the prior day, yet almost every question he asks is stating his perception of a fact and then asking “right?”, or “correct?”

Thats my thoughts. I do feel like he was trying to throw police off with driving employees truck etc as well, but he was trying hard to not leave any evidence.

She never looks at jury! Disrespectful when they are entering courtroom! Stare them down if your innocent- beg with your eyes don’t hide behind hair-

Because the state has to show FD's involvement in order to connect MT. So anything he can do to shift blame away from FD helps his client.

Of course I could be wrong. There’s been no confirmation, and I’ve been surprised no one has commented on it. I felt shocked at the prospect when I first saw it, so I’ve tried to pay attention. They show it often. In the front row there appears to be five children. Two being the same height, two younger at the same height and one younger still. It would have been when they were younger. I do agree it doesn’t make sense.
