Well , if you look at the high level athletes who compete . You can see how comfortable they are in stance . Miesha telegraphs her punches . Her right cross is predictable, her kicks are predictable. Watch a Valentina fight or a rose fight . And compare the punches and kicks . All hidden with feints and unpredictable kicks

if you watch again, you'll notice that time and time again, when Misha got into a slug fest, her lack of balance caused her to lose power, lose accuracy and most important loss of direction in terms of what punch needs to happen next with respect to counter punches. Surprised as she's a wrestler. Maybe she has, but she needs to train exclusively with fast male fighters till she can hold her own before she takes another fight. I can see her path to victory, as she's got fight IQ.

Her striking was always terrible and watching her fight at 35 is sad. It's not empowering or some fairy tale. It's bad for her health and if she had any real friends they would have kept her out of the cage. It's a young persons sport fighting at that age after a very long lay off always ends badly.
