Miley is the greatest female ROCK singer since Alanis Morissette in the 90s. Her pop fans may not want to admit that but I really believe Miley is a rock singer at heart. Sadly though, true rock isn't popular nowadays on the charts, and so she continues to put out pop songs for the most part.
