Firstly, no one will ever touch the original version in quality. That is the original sung by Dolly Parton in 1973. Having said that. I think this version by Miley Cyrus is the best. It's even better than even Olivia Newton's 1977 version. While, Beyonce's version is pretty good, Miley's version is the best cover...

N Jones. Honestly, I've gone through periods of both liking and loathing her, but in the end the girl has serious talent. I mean, she has spent her whole life growing up in the spotlight, so how can you really expect for her to grow up "normal?" Everyone makes mistakes when they're growing up and trying to find themselves, and I can only imagine how even more distorted and confusing it is to try and navigate through those years when you're famous and that is all you know. Talent-wise, she definitely has a real gift.

She did Malibu in a country live version. Unfortunately it's not so well filmed... there is a coloured house on the back and they film from far, not intimate like this one. What a pity... the live lounge version is amazing (her voice interpretation) deserved a decor in front of the sea or in a falaise..

Dan Hammonds I guess being the loveable blonde girl only last so long before she wanted to break that mould of the nice girl, we all knew. When I listen to her more recent recordings/live performances I can't hear as much clarity compared to this. That's not down to the way she's using her voice, or even style of music. I'd love to hear it more in her new music though, not to say I don't like her voice anymore, I still do! I've always liked her voice!

This woman has been in the spotlight since she was literally a child. Her mistakes and lowest points will always be broadcasted to the world where as people like us are able to deal with our shame and breaking points amongst friends, family or by ourself. One of my favorite artist to be honest.
