@@poinsettia12 there's no playback. Miley doesn't use it! She just takes away the mic to the crowd (although we don't hear them because for the álbum they are obviusly silenced) the only thing you hear besides Miley's voice is the voice of her chorists.

Wrecking Ball is about Sinead O Connor's attack on the church to break down the wall of silence and intimidation of victims that was there.
