If you can make a angel cake(and replace a little eggs whites with milk)you have the same milk cake than them! And if you can also make a vanilla milk cream than its the same cream milk than them...but don't put vanilla in. In my recipe I like to put also milk powder to thickened the cream milk and it give a moore tasty milk and I like the put some cream cheese in it, because it make the cream so good and it stay ferme.

This looks like an Italian milk cake so you could search for a recipe for that
