If you combined dripstone, maybe everytime you hit the ground with the glued items a drip stone will fall from the sky If you combined trident, you could throw it anytime, and maybe if you combine that with the enchant ment which makes the trident come back maybe it can come back to you.

This works in 1.17. If u find lapis, face north and go forward 4 blocks and dig straight down in the block were standing on, u will find diamonds.
