Skratch, the way you use the lucky bow is you add iron, emeralds, gold, and/or diamonds to it in your 4x4 in your inventory until it says Luck +100. Then it will do insane stuff like spawn lava, mobs, tnt, or cobwebs wherever the arrows land. It is better than a hero’s bow.
