There is still a very efficient way to fight hackers who use baritone and kill aura at the same time, which is randomly placing end crystals around the world. You will find a lot of these on anarchy servers nether highways. So make sure to turn off your kill aura, when walking there (or at least prevent it from hitting end crystals somehow) or else youre gonna block yourself up rather quickly on accident. Also remeber to have auto disconnect enabled in case you somehow get down to 1HP.

3:00 For People who Also had no idea, here's what I got (which is very basic and baseless): Mojang moved management from client side to server side. Client side means It's dependent on the player and server side is the same thing but with the server. The reason why this worked is that everything was synced with the server, rather than the individual players. And most hacks operated on client side, meaning they changed information sent from the player to the server. The hacks weren't able to change the information that was going from the server to the players as they weren't connected to the server, only the player. That's why some mods are client side, where they work without having the server with them. They only show their X feature for you but not for other people. In fact, that's how a lot of hacks still operate today - changing the client to do something which ultimately does not affect the server itself, such as "removing blocks" or just making them invisible for the player (Xray), showing locations of players (esp), etc etc. If you know more let me know in the comments.

As a person who runs a server, instead of restricting Hacks, I prefer something like creating an isolated server or area just for hackers to play. In the server, all the anti-cheat plugins are turned off globally, but hackers are able to activate some of the plugins manually on themselves to test their clients or just for challenge. If a hacker is detected by a plugin he activated, he will be noticed by a system message and transported to lobby. This is good, since I do so, almost all the hackers disappeared from the normal server. I think that Hacker VS Hacker using different client is much more fun than Hacker VS Normal Players.
