minecraft uhc but you can craft a shooting tennis racket with punch 5, flame and power 3 plus the recipie is a stick at the bottom, string in the middle, 2 bows on either side and another stick on top the bows when u use the racket shoot infinite tennis balls/arrows crafting recipie: stick bow string bow stick

You should do a uhc with each ore is a different xp level like diamond ore is 10,000 xp and coal ore is 100 xp level

Just sayin all lvls of exp require the same amount of orbs (16 orbs) up until lvl 16 when it scales with the lvl ( lvl 17 requires 17 orbs and so on)
