I found damage on ways of my mini CNC lathe machine (The First Tool).
I don't want to give additional damage to the lathe anymore ,so I added way cover.

Interesting video thanks. I purchased the same set of lathe tools a couple of weeks back. I haven't tried them yet, because the lathe is partly disassembled. It is a Myford Super Seven that my father bought new in 1946, the year I was born! He passed it on to me forty years ago, and I used it regularly. It has been in storage for the last twelve years, and sadly some parts have suffered a bit of water damage. I have almost finished sorting it out, and I'm looking forward to clearing the cobwebs out of my head!

i had a set of those tools and for some reason groove tool is a little higher then the others and wont cut, if i lower it a little will cut.

I remember machining allen capscrews like the one you used... it was sold as "High-Tensile", and it was terrible to turn!

Very nice video! Now i know what those tools are used for. Is this small lathe good for aluminum and metal like screws? Precision? and which one is it ? the 24Watts? I m thinking of buying it. You got a subscription for more videos :)

In fact, it's difficult to modify it to this . I was able to make screws, but it is difficult to answer whether this lathe is suitable for making screws or not. Ordinary lathes sold in the market are superior to this one.

I would have preferred to hear you lathe at work rather than the music. That screw was pretty tough material for use with softer materials I would suggest you get the inserts which are made for aluminium, these are much sharper than the inserts you have.

Thank you for your comments and advice. I have received comments from other people too that I would like to hear the processing sound. I'm planning to make it possible to listen to operating sounds and processed sounds in recent videos.
