im so sick of how badly they fuck up how nice these throws look by switching camera angles constantly
@tpstrat147 років тому
yep. It's FUCKING AMAZING to me that MLB hasn't figured out how to broadcast baseball yet. Not sure why they EVER film the runner. The runner will ONLY be interesting to watch when/if the ball meets him at the bag. I mean, really... what other sport ever neglects to film the ball/puck/frisbee/hackey sack/hulahoop or whatever object is being played with? Seriously. Can you tell me ONE sport that EVER takes the camera off of the ball/ object during the live broadcast. This annoys the shit out of me every single fucking time I watch baseball

The choice for every person is either A.) continue in sin and be judged in your sins, or B.) Follow the Acts 2: 38-39 promise to be born of God's Spirit in order to defeat the sinful nature. There's no more to it. "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts." (Galatians 5: 16-24)

With all due respect to the uploader and fans of these great athletes, there's a long list of great outfielders have been left off that were as good or in some cases better than the outstanding athletes in this video. Understandably there's little or no video of many of the greatest ever from the early days of rifle-like arms from the likes of Bob Meusel and Tris Speaker on through the era of the 1960's with perhaps the greatest plethora of outstanding arms like Al Kaline, Rocky Colavito, Roger Maris, Johnny Callison, Willie Mays and the greatest ever, Roberto Clemente. Not to forget later lazer beam arms like Jesse Barfield, Andre Dawson and Ken Griffey Jr. (please add anyone else you can think of. I know I missed a bunch typing this from memory) Mantle for one had an excellent arm and no doubt would have provided many highlights, but even he wasn't quite in the class of the above contemporaries, imho. The problem with anyone from the 1970s and before is that there is very little footage of their classic feats. Even Clemente's outstanding throws that we have on tape are few and far between and mostly from his last years when he was still great but admittedly well past his prime. Despite his stellar world series play in 1971, Clemente was sad that at 37 he no longer had that "howitzer" arm to show the world. Considering what we see Clemente could do in his last years that might give you a sense of what he could do and what the lack of film or tape missed as opposed to today where every game and highlight is recorded.
