It's like Moby is hitting his prime again or something. This new album is going to be really, really good I think. The two songs I've heard so far from it, are just fantastic (this song included of course). He is so good at finding truly gifted singers somehow. These two are just perfect for this song, man you can hear the soul in their voices, wow.

@@anna-mariageorgiadou245 ​ I mean, this 'version' is literal Slander for me; it does that to me almost in a literal sense (and the painful feeling.) The Original has the effect that you feel for me. The Original is totally magical - don't know why people choose to rip off other people's Masterpieces like this 😡 - they almost always never sound anywhere near as good. It hurts me a lot - but then , there's always the Original video to hop back on! 🤗

Well, and he does many different types of music, too. Gospel, Soul, Electronic high energy, Pop, Meditation music, some live classic old style blues, poetic spoken word with gospel choirs (like This wild darkness), and some absolutely beautiful, moving pieces like The Lonely Night, and also gorgeous instrumentals such as the song "18". And somehow, even though he creates music is so many different styles, all of it is very emotionally moving. He is one of a very few true artists out there, plus, he is a very humble and kind person on top of it all.

I'm inexplicably grateful and sometimes too emotional at times while listening and as you mentioned "18" , hard to keep track of any particular song because each and every one helps me learn something new about myself and life in general, and that to me , is a "sure all - cure all" ...you can be sure all emotions will be affected and though you might find yourself suddenly dwelling about things you have no control over with tears running down your cheeks and the thoughts are going a mile a minute ..next thing you know is you're back in your own reality , the melodies are sensual, the tears have dried up and as the song comes to an end, you get a rush of "feel good healing energy" (Moby's Magic) realizing the music made you get in touch with yourself, about stuff, both good and bad but basically stuff that needed to come out via realization and tears but most importantly you feel less weighed down with stuff that was or had the potential to create obstacles and/or negative energy. I better stop now lol I'm going too deep but bottom line you feel refreshed even though you may have cried like a baby , you feel cured ....(swimming to shallow waters now lol) In closing, I'm speaking from my own personal experiences via the human condition , therefore keep your mind open and let the music fill you as you feel the music...thanks for listening to my jabber. 😘 Thank you Moby!
