In High School I worked a job , and had a crush on this one girl I worked with. So I flirted with her, telling her she looked nice, not even saying certain words like SEXY, or YOU LOOK GOOD, and so on and so on. She goes off and tells the Assistant Manager what I said, I get talked to about it from the Supervisor. the next day another guy is doing the same thing, but he's saying damn, you look good, your Sexy, all the Buzz words, she is loving it, even lets him TOUCH HER! It's all about what guy is doing what, some girls are straight up HYPOCRITES!

The only argument between this incident and the Lavarr incident is that she may have gotten tired of experiencing this sort of dialogue live on-air. Yeah......given what she was wearing (short dress) to come up right behind her and ask her to hike the ball in the traditional way......I definitely would not have done that on national TV. Can't be too careful and that could definitely have crossed the line. I know TD meant it all in good fun, but that was a little inappropriate (puts her in an awkward position). I never heard about this, so Molly seemed to have taken it as good fun. But if she had decided to complain about this incident, I definitely think TD would have gotten in trouble. Standing right behind her with that dress and asking her to bend over to hike the ball is crossing the line (or at least putting her in an uncomfortable position, even though it may not be direct sexual harassment).
