People who don't deserve forgiveness are people who don't admit their mistakes and dont apologise. I think they mixed up something, they should have put the unforgiving personality somewhere where the person really deserves it, not her sister, like that's just sad. I feel bad for the whole family tbh, the biggest villain is the father. He left them, which cause the mother to faint, which caused all the problems.
