Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice joins Joy Reid on Moms for Liberty seeking influence over public school library content and more. "We're talking about a public school library,” Justice tells Joy of what many call the resultant, de facto book bans. “Children don't have unfettered access to the internet at school."

She always interrupts to stop her from making a point. Must be hitting close to the truth.

The fact that this is even a debate is scary!

She should've displayed the images from the book on national television and see whether they censored the images or not!

Did Joy Reid ever answer the context question? No, of course not.

Joy is really, really bad at this. Never answers any of the guest’s very valid questions, tries to justify sexually explicit content in public school libraries, and so rude and self-righteous while doing it.

This is ridiculous. I cant believe this is even a conversation we have to have.

She isn't talking about banning books, she is talking about not placing them in elementary school libraries. Just like there used to be an 18+ section in the video store, it is about protecting our innocent children. SMH

Joy Reid is a disgrace to journalism. When you're interviewing someone, you're supposed to let them talk. When JR interviews someone she disagrees with, she cuts them off in such a RUDE manner- EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm frankly surprised that MSNBC puts these clips out on UKposts. It certainly doesn't flatter their network. Tiffany Justice, great job staying pleasant and calm. You're a great advocate for common sense in these whacked-out days.

Keeping books that are not appropriate for minors out of public school libraries, just like limiting internet searches on public school computers, is legally and morally the right thing to do.

When the school board won't allow people to read from the book because it's too graphic that's when you know it's too graphic

Based mom: In what context is a strap-on ok for a public school book?

Contentious, but ultimately, Joy's point should stand that a few should not decide for the majority. Only the parents, not the school, should decide for individual children. Take away the ban policies and simply allow parents to opt their kids out of certain books. It puts the parenting back into the PARENTS' laps.
