@@VanessaACI they created her. It's kinda complicated because when you create life (in the monster high universe) you create it with a specific reason, you don't just become it's parent. Dr. Frankenstein created Frankenstein's monster as his son, then created a wife for him so his son isn't lonely. He is not her father since he didn't create her with the intent of being her father. Then Frankenstein's monster and his wife created Frankie with the intent of her being their daughter, so she is. As an example, Frankie created a pet and a boyfriend for herself, she isn't their mom. It's quite complicated but I hope I explained it well.
