I'm just glad companies are adding stylus', to their lineups. Samsung has pretty much held a monopoly on the mobile stylus space for a good while. Only other phone I can remember having a stylus, was LG's G Stylo.

I am an Apple user switching to Motorola im getting it for Christmas and I think it’s really cool because Samsung is about to end the note series and I’m pretty sure nobody uses the Apple Pencil I think it’s really cool that a 5G phone with a built-in stylus has so much capabilities

I wish you would identify the opening between the charger port and the microphone (or is it a speaker) and the stylus. It appears to require a case with 5 holes on the bottom, yet most of the cases I see have only four.

I think alot of people are missing the point here... especially the people comparing this to the newest Samsung Note phone. Remember... this is a fraction of the price with similar basic functions. I am a Samsung person & have had almost every single Samsung Note phone ever made, but I gotta admit... for the price & having a stylus in it, not bad, not bad at all. You can get like 3 or 4 of these Motorolas for the price of 1 of the newer Notes (just to put this into perspective). I like what they're doing.

This is my issue. I was with Samsung up until the S5. I kept having issues with it shutting down after a year and quit buying high dollar phones. Got a Stylo 6 and it's good, but the internal storage is only 16gb. I've been looking at this phone, but haven't had a Motorola since 2006, haha!

They actually do have higher end phones. This one is more of a low end not even mid grade. That said, their low end phones are just as good as some other brands more expensive phones. I'm still using the moto g stylus from last year for example and I prefer it over anything apple has to offer. Or LG for that matter. It's just really good quality for the price which is what they are going for I think

I'm very happy with this phone, only paid $150 from my carrier (4GB RAM / 128GB Storage version, rest of specs identical to 6GB/256GB model) Now that i've had it for several months the only minor gripes would be the surprisingly dim rear LED when used as a flashlight, it has maybe half the intensity vs. previous phones ive owned including my previous Moto G7 Power, and the single bottom downward facing speaker is a bummer when holding phone in landscape orientation which is how you'd watch most videos & play games, the sound is obviously coming from only the right side, previous G7 Power only had 1 speaker too but it's located on front near selfie cam which makes sound much less one sided & overall crisper sounding since its facing you. Geekbench 5 scores are much faster (over 2x) vs. G7 Power and overall stylus 5g just feels more responsive during daily use. I could keep going on but wanted to mention the negatives at least which may be worth considering, I mostly use headphones so the speaker issue isn't a huge concern for my use.

I have had this phone for months and I switched from Iphone 12. Have no complains besides the resolution and the screen. Wish it had at least 90hz. But overall it works great with almost no buggs.

If Motorola is smart enough in 2022 to make a phone on the level as premium as a Samsung Note was they can take over the market they should give it stereo speakers a headphone jack and expandable storage and a really good screen and good battery and if they do this and it allows somebody to go and have great viewing they will win over to note Marketplace that Samsung decided to give up on which is so deeply disheartening and disappointing. Why do they think that people are going to leave the Samsung Galaxy Note to move to a foldable is beyond me.

I got mine from Best Buy for 349 unlocked and un-activated. They were about 10 minutes from closing the store and the cell phone people had left already. The kid who brought mine up to the checkout from the phone cage told me it was 349 but then it rang up at 399. I said he told me it was 349 and the store manager tried to tell me he made a mistake about the activation discount. I told them it was more than I was willing to pay so she discounted it 50 bucks.

I'm so sad at how Moto is doing. It's like they are scrabbling at trying to hold on or something. I was gutted when those widespread screen issues plagued the moto edge and plus. It's when I had to leave them behind. Great video.

What about the Stylo line? They just came out with the Stylo 6. That has the same pin and it only runs $200 out right. Its a good phone. My hubby got it from Boost also. Whats the difference in these 2 phones i would like to know. Or comparing the Stylo, Moto, and Note.

I'm switching to Metro by T-Mobile from Cricket. Which would you choose, the Moto G Stylus 5G or the OnePlus Nord N10 5G or something under $50 for switching to Metro by T-Mobile? I have my eyes on the OnePlus Nord N10 5G for something different but I'm kinda nervous. I've had at least 3 budget Motorola phones from Metro & Cricket the last 4+ years, so I'm thinking of trying something different and new to me.

We have the Moto 5G ACE. With the Android 11 update, my cell reception has gone to hell. I believe this to be a software issue, but being 2 years old I am sure it won't be fixed. I generally like Motorola as price point to performance. I like Samsung as well but think for the 💰 it's hard to beat Moto.

Nothing like getting a new $400 phone and it slips and drops off a flat shelf or even out of a pocket. Darn acrylic glass coating is soooo slippery. I'm so tired of just getting my $400 phone and having it slip off a 5' flat shelf. New phone, hope isn't broken. Still waiting on a silicon case!

Then came along the 2020 G Power & Stylus (you know the one's wIth the dual speakers lol), and I absolutely fell in love with them especially at their price points. Yeah, I'd like to say, the Note series is not dying. It has been delayed to next year due to COVID-19 and the Chip Shortage. Just you wait for the Note 22 with a large redesign with a potential "rollable display!"

Sadly, a 2400 screen is way better than average. Most phones in this price range seem to be only 1600. So even leaving aside the stylus, this seems to be the best choice if you want both 5G and 2400 for a decent price; I welcome examples to the contrary.

I bought this phone. The whole point of buying a phone with a stylus is to be able to use the stylus. There is an issue with the stylus and note taking. When I pull out the stylus, the "quick" note window pops up. If I write a note and tap on the checkmark, it will say "Note Saved". Then when I go to my notes there is nothing there. Basically, note taking doesn't function correctly and being able to take a quick note at will without having to navigate is probably the most important thing on a stylus phone.

I have a samsung note 20 and the S pen is really quick and responsive...this one in the vid looks really old and outdated. I used to have a motorola g5s+ phone earlier and it was really impressive but now I don't know that's happening to them, they need to step up their game or soon there's gonna crash.
