I went through a heavy depression in 2022. People often dont understand, they just think you are sad for the moment and it will pass, I honestly hated all the people telling me its gonna be okay or just dont worry about it, including my dad (I havent seen my mother in 2 years). If you are depressed, here is an advice that helped me. You have to keep going because you know that somewhere in the future, you will feel better. I still dont feel completely fine, but I feel much better now and I know I can keep going. Somewhen in your life, there has to come a time when you will feel happy again. There has to be, if there wasnt, what would be the point of pulling through. Hold yourself together. And also, dont unlive yourself, because that serves only to make others feel as shitty as you do right now. Good luck.
