So pleased to see you, Mr. Paul. I've been re-watching quite a few of your videos over the last few weeks, love your no-nonsense recipes. I made your old school cheese pie on Friday for my eldest daughter's birthday, she was 61. She prefers your cheese pie to birthday cake but I did put birthday candles on it. Her elder brother, younger brother, and younger sister love your cheese pie too, so that turned into a bit of a baking marathon! This bread recipe looks so easy, you have the knack of explaining things clearly. I will give this a try as the supermarket bread of late doesn't taste as good as it did. Will let you know how it turns out. Please don't overdo things, Mr. Paul, we all want to see you well again. Best wishes from my family and I in the UK. xx

Dear Mr. Paul, This bread recipe is the best! I’ve made it quite a few times! It’s delicious! Making bread is my favourite thing to do. I made a Hovis Loaf the other day; white bread flour, yeast, blackstrap molasses, and wheat germ. I remember my mother buying a Hovis loaf when I was a child in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The recipe for the Hovis loaf comes from, Titli Nihaan’s, "In The Bread Kitchen." Hovis as it used to taste. It’s very good. I also made your Lasagna recipe for my granddaughter. I hope everything works out for you. I'm getting to old myself, but that's life. I planned on making some fresh bread today, so I'm here to see how you do it. I experiment a lot more with my cooking these days, so I haven't settled on a single recipe for bread. On the other hand, my shortbread is settled, I make it regularly and can modify it at will.

Lovely and I’ve been using a cooked flour paste in my dough and it’s really helps keep it soft and fresh longer 👍🏼
