2021 has been a year of Battery Life 😆

z fold 3 has been amazing. can't wait for z fold 4. Hopefully it becomes more like a regular flagship with little to no compromises, but only time will tell. Different aspect ratio for both screens, bigger screens (especially cover screen, it needs to be wider cause it's super narrow), better battery, dust resistance, s pen slot, faster charging, more storage options, better durability, and flagship cameras would make the z fold 4 probably one of the best phones of the year, but I wouldn't bet on it.

First time in a while that Reviewers are recommending a Google Pixel as the best Midranger, best Flaship and best overall phone. Says a lot about this phone. Hope they keep this up with Pixel 7.....

I agree with the Poco F3. Bought it a couple months ago on Amazon for 279 and didn't look back. It's an amazing phone for the price. You get a screen protector fit by the manufacturer, a protective clear flexi case and wired earbuds with a USB-C to phono socket all included. Their budget wireless ear buds are excellent for the price as well. Bass is amazing, so good.

Google Pixel Team came a long way. I’ve been following them through the years and I can definitely say that they finally listened to consumers this year and they delivered. The Pixel 6 lineup is the most balanced phone in all aspect this year. Job well done.

I'm heavily biased toward Samsung since that's what I've owned from the start, and even though I was hoping the Ultra would take the cake, I think the value of what Google can provide for a phone as diverse as the Pixel is what makes most people would probably agree. After all, spending over 1K for a phone is not what most people would ever want to do.

It's incredibly to see how far the pixel phones have come with software and price. A few years ago the pixel 4 was ranked as the most disappointing phone where now the pixel 6 is the best phone. Congratulations Google

Got the standard Pixel 6 and absolutely agree. It's a dream to use and a great value. The fact that I got the Pixel Buds with them free was icing on the cake. I upgraded from the Razer Phone 2 which I still have as a backup phone and that phone is awesome but the P6 is amazing.

The Pixel 6 does have a certain magic to it. It's the first phone I've owned in a while, that I want to keep for years. It's like the Nintendo of phones - yeah, it's not as powerful as a PS5 but it makes up for it in charm, design, cuteness factor and user experience.

Really excited to hear that I can get a genuinely good phone without sacrificing a lot just for $250. That's pretty much most I could spend on a phone, and I always thought that there wasn't anything good in that price range, so I've stuck with my galaxy a50 with a shattered screen for a few years. Maybe I'll actually be able to upgrade soon! Glad I subscribed to this channel!!

The Galaxy Fold 3 is probably the most exciting phone of the year. It's the phone that took a concept and made it a practical reality with a tonne of new features. Definitely excited for what's to come! 👌🏻

I've owned every 2 generations of the S series since S4. To me S6 edge+ was a very amazing premium feeling where it has the aluminium sides and glass back/screen with an amazing battery life at that time of 6h+ on youtube, and the screen was very bright and super HD. Not to mention the first curved phone that actually has many features to it. Also fingerprint sensor which is very fast and reliable. S7 series was basically a copy of the S6 with some performance improvements, hence I dident get it. I then got the S8 (edge)+ which was one of the first phones with an amazing screen to body ratio which is what most phones company copied even til this day, much better gaming performance and a much better battery life at 8h+ on youtube/ 5-6h on games. Once again S9 is basically a copy of the S8 with minor spec buff so I dident get it. Then comes the S10+... Oh man this phone is a beast in every aspect possible when its released. The screen to body ratio is almost as if there isnt a bezel, insane stereo speakers, super premium feeling, the holepunch which actually looks kinda cool, in display fingerprint sensor that dosent use a bright light to blind you at night and it only requires one swift tap of less then 0.3 seconds to unlock, insane gaming performance to price ratio and battery life once again improved to over 12h on youtube easily. Im currently using this as my spare phone after I got my S21 series. Bought it on pre-release on march 2019 and there is literally no degrading over 3 years, battery still lasts over 12h on youtube and it can even run genshin at 60fps (tho other settings must be low). An amazing phone to recommend even in today's age as you can easily buy a new S10+ online for $200 or less. And to think its a phone released almost 3 years ago... S20 is just an upgraded S10 again with minor design change to the back, skipped once again. Then for the S21 series, I pre-ordered both the S21+ for my sis and the S21 ultra for myself, I've used the S21+ for about a month then the S21 ultra ever since. A few things to note is that the S21+ has a downgraded display of 1080p instead of 1440p, they removed the curved screen which I felt like it was a cool feature to have, and honestly battery wise even tho it has a huge upgrade, I dont feel much difference from the S10+ at about 12h on youtube/ 5-6h on demanding games, they removed the headphone jack and for some reason the speaker is slightly worst then the s10+ (in my opinion). Apart from that, the 120hz screen feels super fluid and I now can see the lag when I use my S10+ to browse stuff online, performance wise it has improved a lot and can now run genshin at max settings 60fps for about 30mins then it starts to slow down a bit. Also I love the S21+ design and the colour (violet with rose gold camera/bezel) and it has a very nice matt finish to it, on top of a nice camera improvement. Onto the S21 ultra, the 16gb of ram feels more like a gimmick then anything as I dont see any performance improvement compared to the S21+ 8gb, in fact I think the unused ram is jus draining battery. Performance wise almost no difference in games/ normal use, battery is very similar to the S21+/S10+ at 14-15h on youtube and 6h on super demanding games like genshin max settings despite the fact that its supposed to have a much better adaptive screen refresh rate compared to the S21+. It obviously looks more premium and has better display, but overall S21+ is much more value for money as battery and performance is very very similar and have a much slimmer, lighter feel to it.

Proud owner of Vivo X70 Pro+. The phone is an absolute beast! Bought it after Arun's video... And it has been validated!

aside from the phone itself, i think the main problem for google pixel series is the distribution line. i mean in my country it almost cost double the price with no available service center (apple store is also not available in my country but at least they have official distributor that don't double the price) in the whole country. aside from that technical problem, absolutely recommend it for people who want to buy an android phone.

There should be a category for Power Users - which means phones that have been well-received by the open development community. Most phones in this list hasn't received enough developer attention, which means no Custom ROMS. I think the only one in the list that has enough development is the Poco F3. It's a big deal for power users, because it means you have phones that can be updated to the latest Android version beyond the support the manufacturer can promise. :) They're great at bringing new life to basically old phones.

Considering the S21 Ultra has been out for almost a year, unless you're on IOS or one of the people using your phone as a gaming rig, the S21U is the best all around phone of 2021. It compromises on nothing besides micro SD support.

So proud of preordering a pixel 6 (even if it didn't ship to where i live). I love this phone to death, it just wouldn't let me down and it has a battery that lasts 2 days (on moderate use). Glad to see youtobers appreciate it too!

Got my 13 Pro Max last week and I must say I’m still impressed over and over again every day about the battery life - it‘s really insane! Just yesterday I was doing a lot of work on the phone and had about close to 15h screen on time going from 100% down to 20% and that‘s mostly at half brightness, sometimes a little less but never lower than about a third of the slider and bluetooth and Wi-Fi on! I literally used the phone regularly from 7:30am to exactly 5am the next morning without charging it and with no major breaks 😅 and I still had about 18% left when I plugged it in

WOW ! This video has redefined the youtube video standard for me.. Everything is sooo awesome !! 1. the background (neither so distractive nor dull just accurate100%) 2. the music (neither so loud being distractive nor so low that the user may lose interest 100%) 3. proper lighting, subject-object focus/diferenciation 100% 3. proper sections 4. proper time limit for each section - awesome ! Keep up the good work !

I've watched you for years now & love your content but I've disagreed with all battery competitions from all creators since it isn't a real competition since you're comparing multitasking to non & if you can multitask then you are saving time which saves battery. Battery test should be done at least sometimes on a task basis & on how efficiently tasks are handled on how battery is saved because of avoiding what other phones can do. This needs to be accounted for or the tests don't actually make real world sense. Keep it up!
