"Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Please educate yourself. Not everything is treason. Also do we live in Russia because that's where they put people in prison for treason, regardless of the fact that they never swear an oath of loyalty like soldiers in war do for example. This is "violation of oath of office, attempted obstruction of government, sedition, and conspiracy to disenfranchise" , it's not treason under the legal definition no matter how you cut it.

As an Arizonan, I can say it feels good to FINALLY be in the news for doing something right when we have done so many shameful things for so long. I hate to be partisan, but I have been in Arizona most of my life, and though on paper we are 50/50 Democrat/Republican, we liberals tend to be very quiet here. We have always just allowed the much more aggressive GOP to run the show. But 2020 was a breaking point. We were angry, those were our votes they tried to get thrown out, so actually showed up, and we put Democrats in all the key positions in AZ government for the first time in a very long time. You are seeing the difference that has made now.

It still baffles me that we have audio recording of Trump asking Georgia to simply give him an extra "11,780 votes" and just "tell the people that you miscalculated", yet half the country supports him. In the United States, the crime of treason is explicitly defined in the Constitution and the definition is extremely specific: "Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

You need to understand treason isn't something 90% of citizen can even commit. Treason is the act of waging war against your own country, or giving aid to your enemies. If someone can prove Trump did one of those then they will charge it, however no matter how you slice it, the Jan. 6th rioters weren't an army, and unless we can review every call Trump made to enemies of ours, I doubt they can prove the aid thing either. I'm not saying he isn't a traitor because I think he is, but I couldn't prove that in court and that's what matters in the legal word.

....but exceedingly fine. Think of coffee grinding. The longer it grinds, the finer the object becomes. There's rough grind, where the coffee is then weak and impotent. A fine grind results in more bold, complete flavor. So the longer and slower the wheels of Justice move, we will get a finer grind out of the result and a better Justice. So, slower is better. I know it sounds counterintuitive but it's true.

I've actually experienced these red hats first hand and the trauma they cause. They drive around the community with those big American flags waving off the back of their monster 4x4s and it's absolutely terrifying to experience. Vote blue as if your life depends on it. 💙💙
