I’ve never heard such wigged out arguments in a court of law, and in the Supreme Court no less. This whole affair is absolutely absurd and couldn’t make muster in even a traffic court. I laugh, with sardonic intent. That’s right Justices, you are a laughing stock. Do you just like talking to be important? Well you’re not. Your buffoonery is beyond the pale.

Sadly they didn't really discuss the direct issue of Jan 6th. Lawrence O'Donnell, had Laurence tribe, law professor, Weissman & Neil Katel. They explained there is a possible chance for judge Roberts to make the ultimate decision. That he can do that if he chose to. That would be the proper thing to do sit in precedent for the future. The Supreme Court truly needs to be so SERIOUS play making this decision! It's really sad that they took so long to address this and may push it back down to a lower court. Yes, another delay. It's so VERY WRONG! TY Rachel & ALL host, you are all phenomenal you presented after hearing, I did tune into. Thanks TRULY!
