try this :D it has helped me tons!! try to relax and close your eyes with something like this vid playing. focus for a second on trying to really 'see' yourself walking on a beach at the edge of where the waves wash up to. see all those waves as your troubles, your fears, the things you don't like about yourself. then watch them just flow around your feet as the wave comes in...then back out again. notice those wave cant really hurt you. if you can see yourself being happy, and FOCUS on SEEING it in your mind regularly...it will manifest somehow. just frickin tryin it, i dare ya!! :D and the cool thing is- IT WORKS FOR ANYTHING! if you can apply your WILLPOWER. Stay strong buddy! im rooting for you!

Try 'grounding' as often as possible, feel the healing LOVE Mother Nature is always there to give you. Be at peace with Her always. 💞🙏💞
