i was a eye witness that day i was driving home on sherman blvd going west on the over pass us 31 right by mercy hospital stopped at the stop light what i saw was a sphere. it was huge it had multiple different smaller spheres of different colors rotating counter clock wise around the big one i look at the car next to me to see if they were seeing what i was seeing by the time i look back there was two of them the new one was moving under the original one they were both identical. At the time back in 1994 you couldn't talk about it not even with my family so glad to share my story now and thanks for the video .

A year prior to this, 1/31/93, I saw a ufo in Dodge County, Wisconsin. I was one of a number of people, including sheriffs, who saw it. On 3/09/94, I was watching the noon news and they reported the Michigan sightings and mentioned the objects had been observed on radar. Because of my experience the year before, I was fled to the tv. At 5pm, they did not talk about it. So I called the news station (channel 12 I think) and asked why they didn’t follow up since they had reported it at noon. After excusing herself from the phone a few minutes, the woman who’d answered the phone came back and said they didn’t talk about it at 5pm was bc it wasn’t newsworthy. Really? What is more newsworthy than potential interplanetary, interdimensional, or time travelers???? I never fully trusted govt or news sources again - and it kicked off my interest in ufos that will last as long as I do.

Hello from Lake Huron, I feel really bad for jack. I saw a show he was on and people were telling him he’s crazy. When so many people saw exactly what he saw that same evening.

I saw it that day when I was 10. My dad noticed it and called us all outside to look. We looked at it with binoculars and saw what we thought was the triangle shoot out and bring in smaller crafts but I guess they were separating and coming together. I'm from White Cloud. My little brother lost his first tooth that day and came in to find money under his pillow so he thought it was related for the longest time lol

I have to mention this - have to! I’m going on seventy-five and I can remember during the very early 50s I saw what is called a Grey or Gray, whatever, when I was about three years old. I know that sounds weird that I can remember that far back; actually I can remember many things even when I was two. And then again I could have been experiencing night terrors. I SAW A GRAY peering through my bedroom window. I remember screaming. My mother came in the room and slapped me very hard. I buried my head under the covers. The next night it appeared again. I didn’t dare scream. I covered my head with a blanket. Let me give you the location. I lived one block from Chandler Park in Detroit; also we lived in a second floor flat. NOW if a gray can levitate to a second floor window - well then I wasn’t imagining anything. It looked like a young Gray. I don’t like telling people these things about myself for fear of people thinking I’m tetched. What did I see? What was it? To this day I cannot get that out of my mind’s memory.

Fantastic interview! Both Bill Konkolesky and Jack Bushong were a real pleasure to listen to and now I have a new case to stay interested in. I hope they continue to push for this case and to keep talking about it. Jack should absolutely present the research he's willing to document and publish. It never ceases to astonish me how much obfuscation and avoidance there is from the 'higher ups' over phenomena that appear to clearly pose great threats to public & military airspace and which, given the Intelligence & technological capacity of government and military, they surely must have an abiding interest in. I agree that the public sphere is a perfectly good source of varieties of disclosure, but, given the degree of threats clearly imposed by phenomena of such vastly superior capabilities, the Pentagon/DOD should have already themselves provided this information. As long as earnest witnesses continue to push forward, and the more exposure through interviews, documentaries, and well-investigated news reports the public sees and demands more of, plus essential pushes from patriotic, insider whistleblowers, the better. Sorry for the run-on sentences but I'm hyped 😆. I'm 46 and had never myself had much interest in the UFO thing until the triumvirate of the 2017 New York Times article, the release of the Tic-Tac, Gofast & Gimble radar recordings, and the testimonies before Congress of Grusch, Graves, & Fravor.

Great informative talk about a case I hadn't been aware of until this anniversary.

I remember this day very clearly, we were sitting on the porch and we saw what we thought was an airplane or coast guard plane with lights, almost light spot lights searching the area. As it got closer we realized it was much larger than an airplane. The lights seem to separate from the center light and flew off in weird directions and patterns.

I was too young to remember but I grew up in sw mi and our family saw these lights. I remember my dad and his airforce pilot buddy talking about this event for months.

This was a great interview. Well done, plenty of details, very interesting, and really laid out the story of this event. BTW: 3600 seconds in an hour. So if it went TWENTY miles in one second, that's 3600 X 10 X 2 = YES... 72000 MPH! That's virtually teleportation at that speed. It almost literally doesn't make sense to our known physical ability of travel, ESPECIALLY in an atmosphere. I can't even wrap my brain around how something could travel that fast. It reminds me of other stories--like where the aircraft carrier radar observed several craft hovering (I think) it was about 30,000 feet, and in about 2 seconds were all hovering right above sea level. A friend and I once watched an followed this disc we saw that blew our minds (late 1980's). During the observation it darted across the sky to different locations a couple times, made NO sound, and that thing moved as if it wasn't "travelling", but it was more like it was basically teleporting from spot to spot it moved so fast. Whether you believe Bob Lazar or not, the method of travel he illustrates in his description must be exact or at least very accurate, because there's no other way anything could travel at these speeds especially within the restrictions of an atmosphere. Even our known most advanced spacecraft couldn't accelerate and react and relocate that fast when they're in space. And in an atmosphere, and dealing with the problems of gravity, any living thing on-board would be killed from the acceleration alone unless they really are within their own gravitational filed while making these maneuvers. If a human military power actually did possess and master this technology, it would mean instantaneous ruling of the planet. Period. ~JSV

Ten years earlier, not in Michigan, but just down in No. Indiana approx 2 miles from Indiana/ Michigan border was riding in car w/ neighbor's younger sis, for after work burger & shake. Near Midnight going to pick up our order driving on a completely dark, familiar road, winding along the river to the main highway. Trees had grown over the road like a huge archway, late in the year, no leaves on trees. Neighbor suddenly asked, "What is that?" I looked out, ahead, saw nothing, ignored her. She asked, again, "What IS that? I looked ahead again, answering (irritated,) "There's NOTHING out THERE!" Her voice rising, " NOT OUT there! UP THERE!" I leaned forward, bend down and looked up. There it was. I must've gasped. Her voice trembling, "Is that, is that, a...." I kept staring, blinking, feeling my eyes seeing it, but my mind refusing belief, finally saying, "Yeah. That's one of them." It wasn't even hovering, just, like 'sitting' stationary in the air, just above the trees. It was very close, too close! She was panicking, I was stone-cold terrified. Clearly, they saw us, watching us. We knew it. I instructed her, "DON'T go out from under these trees!" Thinking of 'abduction', 'Betty & Barney Hill.' She was screaming for me to drive. I wasn't getting out of the car. It sat up there, was round, metallic silver, w/ pastel colored lights, green, pink, blue w/ an opaque, cream colored light underneath, w/ a clear light rotating along it's edge. It was silent. Got her to stop, pull in a drive, turn around. As we sped back we thought it was gone, till I looked out, saw it above us!! We were both screaming as we screeched onto a main highway. Aliens "showing off, too!" They were gone, next when I looked up as we, blew the stopsign, crossed the bridge. My Mom believed us, hers didn't...next day, it was in the newspapers. It was seen over Goshen, Indiana and the (formerly) Robert M. Young railroad yard security guards--just before us.

Unsolved Mysteries aired an episode on these MI sightings and it’s fascinating. There’s only one explanation as to what these were and when you factor in all the evidence - whistleblowers and incidents recorded & posted online since if you don’t think NHI is real you may be extra brainwashed & beyond hope.

In the early 70s we saw a line of big lites in a semi circle. Then took off one at a time and disappeared. This was Baraga county Mi.

I've lived here in SE MI for over 20 years, and I haven't witnessed activity here, but have friends who have. One lady I know says she has often seen craft entering or exiting a lake near her in the northern part of the mitten. I have witnessed UFO activity while living in other states, so I know something not from our planet is definitely out there.

I was only 2 at the time of this event, I was born and raised in Grand Rapids and I still live here. My mom told me about this incident years after it happened. We're not alone people. Life isn't what it seems

I saw this as well. A dark triangle ship between South Haven Michigan and Hagar Shore. It was using the strip of land between I-196 and Blue Star hwy (M-63). Both parallel each other and Lake Michigan heading South to Hagar Shore-Benton Harbor area. Between those 2 highways is a sliver of land with trees. No leaves were on them since it was about the first week of March . It was as long as a 747. Completely triangular with lights at all 3 points. 1 light in the center. It was 3:00 am and I was on Blue Star heading back to work (I was and am a caterer heading back to work from doing a bbq lunch for a company called CONTROLLED RUBBER on Stieve dr in South Haven. I saw a pick up truck parked on the side of the road heading north. They were looking up at some lights. When I got closer they came out of their slumber moving a million miles trying to get back in their vehicle and they drove off fast. By the time they started to pass me I had my window down to talk to them (I had slowed down a little to see if they were alright. As they passed they honked the horn vigorously and gestured for me to follow. I was in a 1992 Chevy cargo van and I kept driving forward. I slowed down to 35 mph to match the speed of the lights and stuck my head out of the drivers side window. I did this for what felt like 5 minutes. Look at the road, look at the UFO. REPEAT. At first since it’s very dark and the only light I could see were those on the ship so it was very hard to see the ship from underneath it at first. After a while though your eyes adjust to the darkness and you then can see shapes and definition. Again, I only saw the underbelly of this massive ship which flew what appeared to be as little as 30 to 50 feet above the trees. If the trees were in bloom it would have been mostly covered up but as it was you could it. When there was an open area you could see all of it in its entirety. The ship itself was NOT SMOOTH. Not like an airplane. This had a bunch of….bulky boxy things all over it. ….the best description I have for it makes it sound fake but it’s like any of those triangular ..Star Wars big triangular ships. Not smooth but busy with an assortment of various lines and box shapes on it. The lights were white then would morph slowly into different colors of the rainbow. Also the lights turned from White to Yellow to light green to blue to white to orange to red to white. However they didn’t turn automatically from these different colors as they MORPHED into them. The lights were round but the light inside acted almost like a gas or liquid (not saying they are those elements). They slowly changed color from one to the other. Starting on one side then changing across the whole light area. Also it made no sound. I never heard it. Not once. It was pretty close to the tree tops. If it had been a small plane, big plane it would have been loud and moving faster than 35 mph. It stayed steady at 35 mph. Even a helicopter is very loud. NO SOUND. At one point I heard a car on the other highway (I could not see it) slam on its breaks and turn around then started heading back from the direction where it came from which I believe was South. (I couldn’t see this but heard it all because it was soooo quiet. Once I heard him take off I started to wonder what the hell I was doing and I hit the gas and sped home! I was just entering Hagar Shore on M-63 wh Rd n I left it behind. 6 minutes later I got back to the catering facility and then home. I remember holding my home phone 📞 thinking how to report this. In the end I didn’t make the call. I told my dad and step mom (who I work for) but they assumed I was joking or hallucinating I told my 2 best friends after work the next day but then they just wanted to change the subject. Some time later one of my friends told me there was a write up in the local newspaper about a ufo sighting north of us in the Muskegon/Holland area. I just said, No, I saw this around here. Years later I started to look up things on my own and found out how I was NOT THE ONLY ONE TO SEE THIS! I did try one last time to report this to my local police department. Granted I talked to a police officer as he was leaving but I said pretty much what I said here and he told me that yeah, I could report this but he couldn’t see what good it would do seeing it had happened the week before. I could tell he wanted nothing to do with it so I took the cue and left. There is soooo much info out there on this event. I remember years back when I started to investigate it how Wikipedia didn’t have anything on it for the longest time. This is very much like other famous incidents but it got no notoriety. Now it’s on Wikipedia. It’s the anniversaries of the event that help create new content on this subject. I’m having a blast reading what others saw and how my recollection and theirs helps to answer questions that I had.

I got news for You on this, I know where these come from and I will tell You where to spot them today those same crafts. I used to live in Bridgeman Michigan which is near the bottom of the lake Michigan Triangle and the Beach there it's Custom for many to watch the sun set there every evening, well it's typical that after the sun goes down everyone leaves. I promise You that if You stay there on the beach 20 minutes past sun down that You will see all of these ufos coming out of the water out 300 yards and going up. I've seen them many times. These are the same ones that every one always sees. There is a base under the water 300 yards out at that beach I would bet my life on. To this day I refuse to swim there or take my boat out to that location, no way! I'll Pass! Don't want to end up like Travis Walton from the movie fire in the sky!

Right across the lake from Muskegon is the Great Lakes naval base. It’s probably from that. I live in holland and people still talk about this all the time.

Remember this night distinctly because I was in Chicago at the hospital waiting for my daughter to be born. I was listening to Art Bell on the radio , and many listeners from Michigan were calling in to repot to Art. I am from Frankfort Mi, so I knew exactly where the UFO was going south along the lake and Route 31 , Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland. I did not see it come over to the Chicago side of the lake, cause I had a perfect view looking out over Lake Michigan. I waited a long time watching but never did see it.

In the mid 1960's 4 of us kids saw several different lights high in the sky moving fast across the sky, then stopping and hovering as he described in Lewiston Michigan. As we were only kids,we told an adult, who was the Police Chief of Mount Clemens Mi. He saw them and called Oscoda Air Force Base. They told him that they were receiving such reports from all over the Northern Lower Peninsula. They claimed to have no idea what people were seeing.

1995 at 4:30am a UFO as big as a football field hung right over the trees next to my house in Presque Isle, MI. On Lk Huron. I was 200ft from it. I called 911 & Mufon...Huge, silent, glowing bright light

In 1994 or 1995 my partner and I were sitting point in our ambulance in Kalamazoo. We saw an orange ball of light diving at a high rate of speed from the edge of the atmosphere. It was moving faster than anything I’d ever seen. As it came close to the horizon, it made an impossible 90 degree turn and leveled off. This was off to the north-west. It flew off to the south-east and disappeared on the horizon. No way it was a plane or meteor.

UFO's (saucer shaped) were spotted before a long time ago, near the Mackinac Bridge area when there was a military base near there. (I live in Michigan) We don't know if they were actual ET spacecrafts, or man made. The military person who called the sighting in, was told to ignore them. What does that tell you? I had a very close encounter with a very bright Orb in 1976 outside of the passenger side window of the van my husband and I were in. He saw it too, and began to pull the van off on the shoulder. The second he did that, the Orb vanished instantly! It had been so close, if my window had been down, I could have stuck my arm out and touched it, if it actually could have been touched. Ironically enough, we were driving near a small airport, and was the only vehicle on the the road in both directions at that time. My husband and I promised not talk to anyone about it for fear of being laughed at and called crazy by our friends and relatives. I never did, and as far as I know he never did either. I divorced him in 1982. He died 14 years ago, so I can't verify that he never did. We didn't even talk about it to each other in private. It was like it was erased from our memories. Very weird! I eventually forgot about it for over 30 years, until one evening when when my neighbor came over to visit, and we were talking about strange things that had happened to us in our lives. Suddenly, the memory of the Orb came flooding in, and I told him all about it. He is a believer in UFO's and found my encounter very facinating. That was a very interesting conversation we had that evening. He moved to Arizona about 3 years ago. I hope he has been able to see some some since he has been out there. He's not that far from Nevada where Nellis Air Force Base is, with Area 51 sitting within one corner of it. I hope everyone gets to see a UFO or better yet an Orb in your lifetime. We definitely are not alone in the Universe.

In 94 I was teaching econ at a local community college. I would have been returning home at that exact time and place...except it happened to be Spring Break...so instead of seeing a cool thing, I was painting a room at home that night. Dang. Heard an audio recording of a woman calling 911 reporting a strange object over her neighbor's barn, then in the background you could hear her kids screaming, "Mom it's coming closer!" Panic. Heard that one right after the event on local radio. Can't find it now. Weird. Wonder why?

I think things are constantly around everywhere, a sighting like this is unique though. But if you watch the sky especially at night and understand vehicles of flight in and above the atmosphere, you can see something anywhere and almost anytime.

I’m going to bring some other things to attention. In 1953 we had an EF 5 tornado in flint. On May 8th, 1964 we had an EF 4 tornado in Chesterfield Township on Anghor Bay where my grandparents had a small ribbon farm. The whole house was completely lifted off of its foundation . . . . It’s been mentioned that Michigan had been experiencing a lot of severe storm during the 50s and 60s. It’s speculated that the storms were caused by the nuclear testing that was going on out in the desert. What do you think about that/

About fourty years ago I lived on rogers pond south of big rapid’s Michigan. I was living with my girlfriend a friend of mine was there as well. We were watching a movie at night when my girlfriend asked what is that. We all jumped up and looked out the window and there over the water not more than a few hundred yards away we all saw something over the water it looked the size of a school bus and was all light up with rows of lights. My girlfriend was afraid to go outside and even tried to keep my buddy and I from going out but we did. The thing was not moving at all and was not making any noise. I made my way out to the dock to watch it and it turned on a spotlight that showed on the opposite shore. It left the light on for a few second before turning it off and started moving south and west not fast but instantly without speeding up or slowing down. In just a few seconds it went down past the dam then went straight south at incredible speed and was gone. We talked about it for about a half hour before calling the sheriff. After all we did not know what to report. When I got ahold of the sheriff he told me that he was instructed to tell callers that it was swamp gas. The next day a local disc jockey admitted that he had seen it as well and that he had seen the spot light as well. I spent weeks trying to figure out what we saw. I finally decided it had to be a ufo

I’m in Michigan and I saw a weird thing once I was standing at a bus stop waiting for the metro to pick me up and I was standing there with two friends looking at the sky it was night out and we witnessed one bright looking light or star in the distance and a lot of smaller lights coming from all different directions yet all going towards that same light we counted over 30 of them then they all were just gone, I still don’t know what that was to this day man

Virgil Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base (90 miles from Lake Michigan) & Naval Station Great Lakes is considered that regions "Area 52". The US Naval Institute posted it was gonna be used for testing unmanned aircraft/vessels. Google Navy Area 52 and you'll see Forbes, Bloomberg, The Navy etc. have done stories regarding the area to test drones for its remote location. Is it possible they've used the area in the past to do some testing?

Are weather or air traffic control radars ever recorded or otherwise documented so that various flight paths can be later reviewed if needed in order to reconstruct/research past events? Is there a repository of past data? If so, how long is it kept? Etc.

I seen one around that time in Fowlerville Mi walking out of the wood's deer hunting and it was hovering over the tree line was black probably 20 feet wide and it had a light about 1/3 shinning from underneath. followed alongside in a car at 60 yards off my right shoulder then come to a 4-way intersection then turned towards it, we tried hitting it, but it was above us and when we got close it moved out of the way then it went past the driver's side back to the intersection and it took off towards the east very fast. there was lightning shortly after i think the storm was fueling it.

I seen Something years ago on a very windy day gust up to 100+ . Was outside to experience it looked up to see stuff flying in air like parts of barns . I seen something really high up in the sky in Holland back in probably around 2007 that seemed twice as high as jets fly that was really shiny and a Holland city police officer was watching it too driving real slowly down the road. Do not know what it was must have been something interesting if the police were following it probably about 60,000 ft I would guess.
