However we believe that Jesus was a prophet of the Abrahamic God, he worshiped the one lord of Abraham. We also believe that Jesus did not die on the cross, God saved his soul and he will come back in the end times to kill the Antichrist. When Muhammad received the first revelation from the angel Gabriel he went into hiding and was shaking until his wife took him to a Christian priest, Waraqa Ibn Nawfal who was in that land awaiting a prophet as many Jews and Christians at the time knew that a prophet will come from the land if Ishmael (The Kaaba in Mecca was built by Abraham and his son Ishmael). This priest was one of the first to accept him as a prophet. My advice to you as a brother to a brother is to keep your eyes open, do not follow blindly, and always seek the truth, seek to follow the one God, the Lord of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Noah, Adam, Solomon, David, Muhammad (Peace be upon them all), all the prophets that came with the same message, the belief in the one and only God, the one who is above all his creation, nothing is comparable to him, the lord of the heavens and the earth and everything in between.

Depends on who's doing the azan. But, because there's sound amplifiers usually there's no need for shouting.

Actually Islamic azan has different types as well. It depends on the culture of the place, the muazzin(the one who do azan) and the song(the beat) they r doing. Azan and Quranic recitation r a form of art im Islamic culture. In the running of history, the recitation changes depends on the place and the local culture BUT the rhythm never changed. If it has vowels then it was recited as such. Never changed. That is one of the beauty of the Quran and Islam. Jazakallahu Khairan Kathira. May Allah guides you
