believe it or not but their early releases had better charting and sales than other girl groups like everglow that's popular among international fans. i know they'll go big with this song

Possible reasons: 3 members left the group after only 2 promotions. Their company has a bad rep due to issues with AOA and also how they've handled Cherry Bullet (see previous point). Their Hands Up comeback was a concept change which may have put some people off. Also they got attacked by SJW idiots during their last comeback because of some "cultural appropriation" nonsense. Personally I'm over this stuff and I hope they rise higher.

Kitsune Sama they were attacked for “cultural appropriation” but it didn’t affect their popularity, the hate came form non kpop fans and a small proportion. the member change didn’t affect their popularity either since they’re just rookies, their new fans or causal listeners don’t even know the members that well, tbh almost no one cared they left (this sounds rude but yea). hands up is literally their most popular release (attention wise), that concept is the most popular out of all of their releases so idk wym. fnc didn’t treat cb bad, and the bad reputation of a company actually helps the group as people will be like “omg i hope they leave the comapny i’ll support them” etc feeling pity, while majority just doesn’t give a f abt fnc lmao. so them being underrated is just bc they’re unlucky

@@user-ku9ko5pv4p Speaking from personal experience, I can tell you that some people definitely did care when Mirae, Kokoro and Linlin left. I liked all of them and my interest in Cherry Bullet dropped when they quit, I had to think for a while about whether I would continue to stan. Any fans whose favorite member was one of those three were probably a lot more upset and would have left the fandom. And the fact that 3 members quit the same group after only a year is a pretty strong indication that the company was treating them badly. If Hands Up was really their most popular release then why did they return to cute concept with Aloha Oe and then keep doing it now instead of sticking with girl crush? Saying they're underrated because they're "unlucky" is a pretty weak argument, at least I provided actual reasons why they could have lost popularity.
