What's YOUR best guess at what this purple beauty will run? It's probably 400 kg lighter than Rimac Nevera (maybe more on low fuel), if CvK hits his own mark. Enough torque off the line from e-side alone I'd say, but it's all about the clutches per wheel to feed perfect torque at high refresh rate, to have a proper Plaid/Rimac/Taycan/Turbo S/918/765LT level dig. They want 0-60 in the 1.8s or 1.9s? That's be epic. Now if they can feed that power well and go through the superblitz gearbox well...putting down pretty much all the torque the tires can handle... Sub 9 should be easy. Rimac at 2300 kg does that easily. 8.5-ish, each? Low 8s? High 7s...a lot to ask I guess. Will the 3-cyl be quicker in the 1/4mi? Weight difference could be more than having a big dude passenger. The extra power over 1400 hp won't get put down for the first 1/8 mi surely?

@@areenbhalekar949 100 hp lost in the pipes alone but it'll sound fine still :) I think I'd get the 3-cyl version. Still great power. Better acceleration than originally planned thanks to the 9spd in stead of torque converter mostly I think. Less e-power so less weight in motors and inverter. Less battery capacity need, so lighter battery. Frees up room to make fuel tank larger and they have. Crazy range cruising on the 3-cyl I'm sure. Hit the throttle and it's a 600 hp 8250 rpm screamer backup by an 800 hp e-motor and AWD torque vectoring. It'll take a very wide and very long runway to seem it could use more power :-D

300 are made so that helps them get out there a bit. But still rare compared to a Bugatti or F40 or LaFerrari or 918 Spyder or P1.

@@mohammadalhusaini1115 Nah, he's nice to his cars. Just 1/4 miles, no cornering, no rought race tracks, curbstones, maximum braking. Going full for 8 seconds can surely be expect from an expensive car. What might potentially be interesting is how much battery charge on needs for a 1/4 run. It may be back at the pre-race charge before returning to the waiting lot. Strong regen and clever self charging I'm sure.

This car is almost the perfect one car garage. Serious, if you're going for a holiday with the SO, the back seat, trunk(s) and roof box offer so much compared to other enthusiast cars. Imagine the duffel bags that fit on those back seats. Air mattress, summer tent, etc. I can sooooo see myself cross Europe in this car. And hardly ever get to tank for gas, especially with the 3-cylinder FreeValve version.

He promised 200 kWh and to take that from their 4680 cells would weigh 714 kg in cells along. Double what the Plaid has, but it needs to all be put in a Roadster chassis. @aggakagandauff yeah I forgot about them they definitely drive them as well. Triple F purchased an old 1/4 Mile Track and have fixed it up (still working on it to make it top notch) they bring all their cars there to race

Other cars are being reduced to copy/paste engineering efforts with a slight aesthtics redesign. Koenigsegg skips over a decade with this one, it seems. Imagine making a hypercar and having to present it after Gemera was presented and rolled off stage. The Ferrari Daytona is a bland aesthetic tweak of their mass produced supercars in comparison. For the same price as Gemera which is a revolution in every way.
