Why donˋt you pro players not take the heal gear on every brawler? It halfs the time to fully recover health - usually in line with ammo. That is the best gear from my pov since it brings you back into battle faster… and yes dmg happens also to you pro players

I think they don't use it much because it's usually not worth giving up other gears for. The dmg and speed gears are best for the majority of scenarios.
