It has been over a week since I’ve come face to face with another person. Solitude is full of lessons. In this week’s video, my day alone off grid didn’t go according to plan... But it ended up turning into something beautiful, once I say with the discomfort. I’m unraveling more and more every day... And it feels so damn good.

Your daughter is always with you - the warm breeze you feel on your face, the sight of a colorful bird, the sudden warm feeling of happiness when a memory pops up out of nowhere. Yep yes that's right now I am DOING it and I have been since 01.01.2021. My challenge is reforestation and adopting permaculture methods for life. There is 65,000 acres of human caused fire Devestation but one day I will be remembered for planting trees and slowing the road erosion.

NB, I completed 5 weeks of radiation about a week ago. There were some gray-mood days, especially after the mid-point, but I made it through and you will too. Best wishes for your treatment and recovery!

Hint about electrical stuff. Have seen many "intermittent" problems like your E10 heater over the years. Electronics never fixes itself. It was being nice to you, and warning you now that it is going to fail at the worst possible time unless it gets more attention, Real Soon.

With vehicle electrical there is always a reason. It often feels like a ghost in the machine syndrome. Lyfan is absolutely correct. Please have the issue investigated so it does not lead to a more complex malfunction. I am so proud of you. Your videography inspires me as a single dad. Life on the road alone is hard, there is just no other way to put it. I had no idea until I did it, if not for my pup, I would have lost it long ago. The best I can say, nothing is permanent, and change is inevitable. Much respect to you for putting it out there for others to see, I can’t even imagine how much more time and attention I takes.

Wow! Our pups wanted nothing to do with the snow. Their spoiled Florida dogs. My Chow Chow I used to have LOVED the snow! BTW, You are being you. As RVer's we could be in the middle of nowhere and experience more than the average person living in a city or town could. Keep feeding your soul.

Glow plugs on 7.3 diesels . Watched your fist cold start with 7.3 . Recommend you have a light installed in you dash to tell the driver when it’s working and when it is off . Ford factory light is miss leading . Glow plugs will stay on as much as 2.00 minutes in cold temps. Talk to a diesel mechanic for more info . What you don’t know can cause you problems .

I felt anxious to get going too exactly the same feelings you were experiencing and describing almost to the point to were I was gonna rush out of here and then when I sat back and calmed my thoughts I realized why I had planned my trip the way I did and also came to a realization that the route I was gonna take in one small city I have to pass is a blazing fire even moving fast because of how windy it has been and thankful I come to understand that I will have to take another route, Take care, I always enjoy watching your videos.

I’m really getting into this kind of youtube video. I just watched one where this guy made a whole cabin in an year by himself in the middle of the woods. I watched the whole thing (2hrs) and it really made be believe that anything in my life could be possible if I commit. I have lived alone for awhile and up until recently, I hated it. Now I embrace it. I can wake up and choose what I want to do. Anyway, solitude can be delightful when embraced. There is so much room to create in this space. I wish I had found this sooner, but happy that I know it now. Enjoy 😊

Beautiful video! I can relate to your video. Walked away from everything eight years ago. Moved out to a cottage in the woods. I love solitude. Needed to unravel a lot to make it to this point in my life. I’m currently locked in now for about three weeks until the ice melts on the lake and I can get out again.
