0:27 I'm inclined to actually disagree. Unfortunately I suffer from chronic hiccuping, this affects me daily. I can't do anything without hiccuping. Recently my local Asda stocked some prime, I decided to see what the fuss was about and got my NHS Assigned hiccup butler (he normally compresses my chest to stop my hiccups) to order me some prime. I ordered a blue bottle and as I pressed it against my lips I instantly felt this euphoric feeling tingling around my tongue, lips and rib cage. I decided to sip some more, and it was at this moment I said to my butler ''This stuff is absolutely remarkable''.. he agreed, and we both noticed my hiccups were gone. I've found Prime to be a personal reliever for chronic hiccups, and my butler said it's stopped his itchy arse-crack, honestly I'd recommend it.

If we ban one thing able to kill people, then we will have to ban most things that can kill people. Anything can be a weapon if used in the "correct" way. And like you mentioned, cars weren't designed for killing people, nor were guns designed for killing civilians.
