I will be the first to tell you, I was not the hero of my reality tv experience... Going on reality tv was nothing like I expected it to be. But I'm a better person for it. I am SO grateful to my team and competitors on Season 2 of Gutted, airing March 2023. It was an honor to get down and dirty with you all.

Regretlyss can still tell an engaging story about an event that she can't talk about. She bares her soul and decries her weakness. We viewers just see the strength that she has always displayed. Her team and friends celebrate her channels accomplishments, and Lyss still doesn't internalize how special and unique she is. Next Sunday's video is already too far away.

That's a great lesson that came at just the right moment. Once we focus more on how we can be of service to others, versus obsessing about ourselves, it's like a light switches on, the anxieties melt away, and we can be present as our best possible selves, for everyone around us... :)

Such a great video!! You never cease to amaze me. I look forward to seeing the series. To me, it doesn't matter who won. I am so happy you were able to participate in this build competition. It had to run the gammet of emotions for you: excitement, camaraderie, anxiety, the growth in the knowledge of teamwork, even if instances of self-doubt, and the realization that hanging in there, ends up building ones self-confidence, and the realization that these people mean so much to you, and also you to them, it's just such a positive experience and one to be treasured.
