i've had my walled mounted unit for almost 2 years thing is a beast and works great. so happy with it. had an issue with soap use and removed the line and found the plastic dosing nozzle had came a part. called in and spoke with keith i think and told him what had happened and i was ready tp buy the new stainless ones and he said he'd send me 2 of them for free. stand up company thats for sure..

Enjoy your videos! Those trucks coming in to the shop dirty and driving out amazingly spotless is a sight to behold. After you get done doing a temp test on your hot water washers to check water temp and sustainability, could you do a test on how clean a dirty surface would get using 2000-2800 psi; pressure washers that are along the line of the average home owner? Would love to use Stars and Stripes with Snake Oil when detailing cars. Thank you for the vids. They never get old.

My understanding is to not restrict flow by the diverter valve, only the tips. The valve should be fully open.

The only thing I should suggest with any unloader is to not over tighten it, make sure the nozzle size is never too small for the machine specs, once the psi is maxed a half turn tighter on the unloader is ideal

I would be interested to see how long the heated power washer can sustain temperature. Blasting grease off of frame rails and fifth wheel plates takes a while on some company owned trucks.

For the rest of heat for the hot washer, you should see it running some sort of solar to warm up the water supply, just a thought

Bob I really think you should send one of these to Matt from Obsessed Garage. He pretty much prefers about 1000 psi and as much flow as he can get. I'd love to see his joy using something like this and getting such crazy flow, even though we all know that in the end he would laugh at just how absurdly over specced this is for what he actually does and needs from a pressure washer.

@@ChemX nice!! Again, very generous of you to do that. Hey since I got your attention for a minute is the stars and stripes able to be used in 32-45 degree weather with only 2800psi and cold water? That’s what I’m working with right now I did a dump truck Saturday and I did three rounds of stars and stripes after I had done three rounds of de greasing eventually I just went to the wash mitt with your guises wash mitt and soap and the crap came right off with no scrubbing I had no gloves on and it was 33° let’s just say it was hell 😂😂😂
