well, if the request is first looked for within the local network, we can spoof the ip of youtube and make that device connect to me ngl, we can mask domain and spoof it and make a website look like youtube and get his info??? am I right??

Yes, you are absolutely right. If a hacker successfully spoofs the IP address of a 'popular website', they can redirect users to a malicious website that appears to be identical to the original site and steal sensitive information. Such an attack is called DNS spoofing.
