@@bwmim9709 guys, be mindful of the fact that, owing to a new European regulation on the matter, flat steering wheel will not be available anymore in conjunction with Adaptive cruise assist. Apparently, this flat steering wheel lacks the HOD sensors the car needs with that optional. So, if you want it, it is not possible anymore to select flat steering wheel. Dealers (in Italy) said so

You are doing it wrong. The workaround to launching good this car is to put it in M rather then S. In S it quick shifts from 1st to 2nd while in M it lets it rev out to redline ( and it autoshifts anyway ) :)

Slower numbers than the outgoing model. Disappointed that there isnβt a power upgrade. The Golf R has more power than this yet this is supposed to be the premium version from the VAG group. I own the Sportback S3 and saw myself 0-100 times between 4,6 to 4,8 seconds, i think there was a bad shifting at this video. There are some Pops and Bangs at speeds between 50-70 in 2 shift, u also get some by downshifting, but u rly need to be in S to get them.

Hoped it would be quicker, because of new technologies etc. But the 100-200 time is not that good I think. I mean, an FK8 Type R with 2017 technology runs 12,5 and is manual! I just have to admit, than the S3 Sedan looks very nice from the back
