New report highlights missteps in response to devastating Maui wildfire

Hawaii’s attorney general has released a report on the investigation into the devastating Maui wildfire that killed over 100 people. The nearly 400-page report raises questions regarding Maui County Mayor Richard Bissen and the response.

The mayor went to his Dr appointment as 100 of his citizens roasted to death? You're the mayor, rescheduling is a phone call. Who even believes that? If it WAS a doctors appointment he would have said so long ago. My money is on a girlfriend.

They clearly wanted them dead.... I'm no Sherlock Holmes but.... 🤔 But what's she going to say... She's no journalist she's a reader. She reads what's on the prompt. If that was your job that what you'd do to. Or be out of the job.... Years ago I thought I would be entirely too moral to take a job of that nature, i would tell the truth I'd tell myself.... but at this point if I had her salary I would read anything they gave me with a smile..... And go enjoy my Manhatten high rise apartment with champagne.... Doing what's right no longer pays well.
