Josh Many thanks for the effort you put in on the SNU. I'd like to get to an event but my work schedule is tough to work around at times. But to answer your question. It would be great to meet new folks in RC. Tips on Build and driving skills. Parts and sensible modifications. All of it really. And to bring my family along to experience it and spend some good times with them and like minded folks. Cheers!!!

More price increases, more reasons to visit your local hobby shop. Online retailers update their prices overnight, your hobby shop probably updates prices when they sell out and place a new order. Just picked up a Capra kit at the old price, an impulse buy yes, but I saved $60. Tempted to go grab the SCX10.2 kit they have at the old price too.

I go to events for all the above. The main reason is to hill trails/lines and see how well my builds perform. I typically go with my friends so its a nice time to hang out and get away from the BS outside of the RC stuff. I love looking at other rigs, getting better ideas of how to approach a build or maybe a modification that I would like to try out. The only event I have gone to this year was Axialfest and it was a blast. It's well worth the effort to go to a big one. You get to meet a ton of great people and all of you are there for the same reason, great vibes.

My goals for events… have fun, not break parts and enjoy the outdoors!

I attend Beat the Creek here in Kentucky every year. I love getting out on the trails with my friends.........but my favorite part is hopping from camp to camp and socializing with friends that I onlg get to see once or twice a year.

For events, I really enjoy driving some trails that were actually designed for rc trucks

Pro-Line By The Fire....I've gone to every PL event at Horsemans from the beginning. I love seeing the builds from the new hobbyist....they tend to bring the coolest idea's that old guys like me don't think about. Hanging with family and friends. Driving is a small part of it....but it's the part that brings us together.

I for one am happy the Savage is the same as the old one. The things a beast and didnt need any changing

This will be the first year i’ve been able to attend PLBTF.🤘🏻30% being able to comp or race such as the Ultra 5k, 30% getting the crew together and hanging with everyone. 30% exploring and skill building on awesome new terrain, 10% making new friends in the hobby and getting inspiration from the courses and rigs.

Great news week man. Tomorrow will be fun to watch haha. I have not actually gone to many events... I out on my own called King of the Rock, and proline actually sent rewards for winners. That was really cool. Been trying to plan another one but...... I'm just to busy right now. When I get to an event it will be to bend all the rules in my favor and win. Hahaha I'm kidding just to go drive and have fun.

My wife and I will be going to Proline By The Fire. We made it to AxialFest this year and had a blast. Our main goal is to hit all the trails and do a decent Night run. Our secondary goal is to meet you and Matt. Although Matt will not be there physically this year we know he will be there in spirit. Last year we were able to meet both of you and enjoyed stopping by the booth and chatting with you too. Last year was our first Proline by the fire and that event was our first with our new VS410"s. I watch you and Matt's videos and the Wednesday live takeover and she catches bits and pieces of the shows. Love the Friday night show when Nicole is on with you. My wife is totally into the hobby with me and we would like to see Nicole out on the trail also some day. For now we will enjoy seeing you guys together on Friday nights. Love what your doing and the scale news update has to be my favorite. Great work on the SNU again Josh. Never been to an event and struggle to find any groups and trails around me in the UK. I guess I’ll just keep on hanging around in the woods on my own 🤣🤣

Only hit the local events. Mostly hanging with friends hitting some cool terrain.

I try to get three things out of any event. First is to have fun socializing and bullshitting with folks who share an interest. Second I drive my truck and learn something about it along the way,and third give back some way usually by judging or cleaning up, helping someone new or by encouraging a driver on course. Rc crawling should be fun and drama free

I've yet to make it to an event. There's two reasons that I would like to though, 1) the only people I have ever trailed with are the three or four friends I have that I got into the hobby, so it would be nice to do it with a large group for once and 2) I live in Nebraska and the options for places to crawl aren't exactly prime here.

The only other RTR Vehicle I can think of which comes with a Van body is the Kyosho Mad Van. It's pretty well detailed but it's a monster truck so it's not really that scale I guess. I do like that Prairie Van but that price tag is super steep especially from Charisma 😬

After going to the ASD crawl event a month ago, i want to go to more events just to meet the people an crawl with them, id like to go to by the fire, but doubt id be able to make the drive cause of work unfortunately

Really wish hpi would release the baja 5 line. I've been struggling to find genuine hpi parts. The rovan sh*t sucks and I've been to every store from south Carolina to ohio and think I've wipe out all the parts in the discount bins. At least the aftermarket still supports it. All hail ddm

I could see jconcepts releasing the crownvic body but un liscened and call it like the interceptor or something. Also the savage still has a huge following so maybe trying to bring interest to a new generation? Im happy about it though because maybe we can start getting parts again

I want to go to an event, but I haven't been social in quite a while. My life became so much simpler since I had an excuse to stay at home. Me and my son just hiding out in our house in the woods. Its not healthy to avoid any social situation that comes up, but at the same time people have just lost their sh$t. I will keep crawling because its the only thing keeping me from loosing my mind.....for now

On the savage repop, why would they change it? It was and still is hands down the toughest bashing platform on the market. Never been to a big event, I wouldn't mind going to btf next year though.
