Love the bit about the Map. I stuck the 1 meter by 1 meter one on the drivers side rear of my caravan & it works exactly as u explained. Great conversation starter. People sneak up to look at it. Then pop around the other side to have a chat with me about it ( I draw lines over the roads that I've travelled 👍 ). And I also use it to explain where I'm going and where I came from on my vids, as like u I haven't worked out how to do the moving car on map thingy. 😅

I am sure Dodge was happy with grandma, but she even happier when dad came home 😁 Great to get stuff done in preparation for your trip. Those Aussie maps are good and handy. 😊 still good to use a map too, well atleast have one on hand to not rely on Google maps all the time.

There will be no need for big external arials with the Alpha unit, just uses a tiny internal one like a mobile phone.
