@nils4545 The 4th line for Vegas got significantly less ice time. Reaves and Carrier got less than 9 minutes of ice time compared to almost 15 in game 1. Not sure what DeBoer was doing there. The physicality was gone last night so I would expect them to get more ice time next game and we should be a more physical team.

Vancouver often plays rope a dope against teams that usually score on less shots but more high danger chances. Even with over 80 shot attempts both teams had the same amount of high danger chances. Keeping a team like Vegas to the outside and not allowing them much in the way of chances in close and off the rush worked well last night. Vancouver is at its best when they pounce on mistakes and use their high-end talent to create quality chances. Every goal was within 10 feet of the net and were all from taking the puck deep and attacking the net.. The Blues play a possession type game and the rope a dope doesn't work at all against that type of style hence the style that worked for the Nucks was not allowing the Blues to chip and chase and using their speed to thawrt them and get the puck out quickly.

It’s even between the two this is the playoffs people it all depends on who is hungrier and who wants it more will determine the outcome of this series the Canucks have crazy offence so does Vegas however I give Vancouver the edge they seem hungrier

The delay of game call on boeser literally could of ruined the game for the Canucks in the second when the puck clearly hit the glass. Vegas got important calls too, don't complain, Vancouver earned this win.
