A simple recipe for delicious bread with a crispy crust. This recipe is very convenient, there is little yeast in the bread. Due to the proofing of bread in the refrigerator, cold fermentation occurs. The bread is more flavorful and delicious. The bread doesn't smell like yeast at all.
