Super Mario rpg coming back nearly made me explode. It’s one of my favorite Mario games of all time and seeing it come back makes me so happy

This was a solid Nintendo Direct overall. Wasn’t expecting Super Mario RPG getting a full on remake but I’m here for it. I’d give the Direct an 8/10.

Could not stop smiling the moment I saw Super Mario RPG. So happy to have my favorite childhood game acknowledged.

I’m literally sooo happy that their bringing back Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon, that game was a part of my younger childhood and I can’t wait to be able to experience it again.

Best Nintendo direct in such a long time

Hyped for Super Mario Bros Wonder. Especially that Daisy is now finally playable in a mainline Mario game. She definitely deserved it.

Pikmin 4 looks like it'll be so much more than I could've dreamed, I am unbelievably hyped. Also Mario Wonder looks like an acid trip in the best way possible. Seriously, what an amazing direct.

Super Mario RPG, Pikmin 4, MK8 Wave 5 DLC, and Super Mario Brothers Wonder were the highlights of this direct for me. Still bummed out about no Tomodachi Life or another Mii focused game or Donkey Kong game, but still a pretty good direct.

Super Mario RPG is one of the last Super Nintendo game I would imagine getting a remake. And the characters still have that chunky look to them? Let's go man, it looks so good. Easily my favorite part of the direct.

Bro, when the opening cutscene to Super Mario RPG came up, I legit almost screamed in joy. Not a single direct has gotten me like that.

I'm going to be real, I never expected Super Mario RPG to have a remake, even though I never played it before, that's still pretty awesome.

With regard to everyone wondering/concerned about the voice overs in Wonder and WarioWare... 1. It's still Charles doing Mario's voice in Wonder. You can sense his distinct method of speaking. Hes just affecting a different tone this time around, much like he did with Luigi in Mansion 3. 2. Wario's "excellent!" Is very clearly the Nintendo Direct voice over guy doing a Wario impression. So hopefully people will relax about it...

Luigi's mansion dark moon was one of my first video games so I'm glad they ported it to the switch. I've got to say this is one of the best Nintendo directs we've gotten in forever, I am VERY pleased :)

Super Mario RPG is the most hyped I've been in years, such a masterpiece finally coming back to life.

Wonder looks like they have some influences from the Mario and Luigi series and I'm all for it. Love the new art direction.

Pikmin 1 & 2 HD release was my highlight. The rest was definitely of good quality as well. I'm also really excited about Pikmin 4, night mode. That will be a different type of challenge. Thanks Nintendo!

This was by far the best direct we've gotten since covid hit. Mario RPG coming back made me so happy, the Princess Peach game and Luigi's Mansion game pleasantly shocked me, same with the Pikmin games, Detective Pikachu Returns looks fun, there was a perfect amount of third party games and they all looked solid (though some just for what they were) and Super Mario Bros. Wonder looks fun and actually brings new stuff to the series.

I didn't get to play Super Mario RPG when it came out on the snes, but I did about a year later and it was so awesome! Seeing it being remade makes this Direct a w with that alone!

Nintendo if you're bringing the Arkham series to Nintendo switch, please have get permission to have evolve on the switch I'm pretty sure tons of people will play and will bring the game back to life. Please get permission I loved playing this game online.

This is the first time in a very long time that I was genuinely excited for close to 80% of the games that were announced! Very good Nintendo Direct! I can’t wait to play these!

This Direct was certainly something to behold! The remake of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon has me especially hyped, considering that that game was one of my favorite 3DS games. Also, Petey, Wiggler, and Kamek are all coming back for MK8DX, which is awesome (although it also means that Diddy and Funky will probably be the last characters to make it in the game). Peach is getting her own game again for the first time since Super Princess Peach in 2005 (which is a seriously amazing game for those of you who haven't played it, go check it out)! And Super Mario Bros. Wonder is probably the real headliner for me, as it's the first 2D Mario game since 2012! Overall, a really fun Direct!

Im SO happy that Sentret and Reuniclus and a few others showed up in the dlc especially Sentret since I had originally hoped that it was there in Scarelt and Violet!!
