For those wondering.... This woman is whats known as a "Free Diver" and the fins she is wearing are also designed for free diving. Free Divers don't wear tanks or S.C.U.B.A. which stands for (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) this means you have to be in really good shape and be able to hold your breath for very long periods of time and when you need to get back up in a hurry or move to another spot in a hurry those fins do the job because of their design. They are longer and move more water at the flick of your foot thus moving you faster through the water then regular scuba diving fins.
