Recipe for about 17 pieces:
- cook 200g rice in a pot
- Grate 2-3 carrots with a grater
- Put the grated carrots with the rice in a large bowl and add parsley, salt, pepper and curry powder (try it now if it is spicy enough for you)
- add 4 eggs, mix everything and then add 60g flour (or cornstarch, gluten-free flour, oatmeal etc. as a gluten-free alternative)
- Heat some oil in a pan and spoon the mixture into the pan
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes per side
- repeat this process several times
- once the pan is well heated, you can turn the stove to medium heat and the frying will also be faster
- For the sauce I chopped 2 cloves of garlic and mixed them with 400g yoghurt (or quark), herbs (e.g. parsley), salt, cayenne pepper
- the food tastes warm from the pan and also e.g. cold the next day😋
