I just wash them & put them in any plastic container, normally the empty plastic cintainers that fruit or veggies come in. I put a teatiwel at the bottom. Slightly dampen ot & put the mung beans in & cover it with a cloth.

How do you keep after growing? Just eat as you go? how long do they last after growing and do you hv a particular storing/preserving method. Sprouts are very nutritious but hv short shelf life from what I hv seen. Nice growing containers.

These don’t look like the white store bought ones. What about the seed casings. How do you get them off? And do you empty the old water each day and put fresh in? Thanks.
