I love that you can hear Fat Mike find the right note right at the beginning of the song, he sings "don't. . . " an octave lower, and then hops right into the normal volume/pitch of the song. Uber professional.

@ruassmarkt Yes and that time is not done yet, there were real moshpits during the existence of bands like the Misfits. Not that I don't like NoFx and the period during this video has been filmed, but anyway it just depends on the band who's playing and this is not just a matter of decade or century, look at pits during more recent bands such as killswitch engage and you'll change your mind...
