It should be cheaper than those windows and it will match. You can also put ivy or plants growing down from the roof as a natural curtain to still give some privacy AND you can get rid of the inner wall attached to the kitchen saving you some money since sunrooms are suppose to open and airy

Here’s some tips!: You can buy a voodoo doll from the computer under the purchase menu. If I remember correctly they are $950. And If they aren’t availability maybe you need a higher mischief skill. To brush a sims teeth cause I believe that’s from slice of life, you use a sink. And for future, when the pop up of the great aunt/uncle money prompt comes up and you select “under what conditions” then you will get money right away (I’ve found most commonly in the range of $2500) because...”one of the conditions is if you ask under what conditions there would be no conditions” so you get the money immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever had one of my sims get money form either of the other options.

Clare, I have this cas challenge idea that I think you would really like. So, basically you have to pick out traits randomly for your sim. Then, you try to create a sim you think would look like the traits you picked. Please like so Clare can see!

Minze will need help with the twins and you need to have the funds for the house Might I suggest that you sell a couple of the windows in the conservatory and re work that room into the twins room you can still grow plants in their room if you change the shape of the room ..put the rose bush in between the two cribs. But just as important get a SINK for the bathroom and maybe the kitchen too so Minze and Chris when you move him in can brush their teeth.. and a floor in the bathroom would be good too.. get the neccessary first then spruce things up... it helps when the bills come in as well
