As a die hard Federer fan, I dont hate Nole. I just wont love him as much as I will love Roger and Rafa, because no matter how many grand slams Novak gets, Roger and Rafa will still be the greatest legends for this era of the sport and everyone should agree on that. I honestly think Novak will get around 25-26 at the end of his career and Rafa might get around 22-23 but it all comes down to who had the most challenge, and is loved by more people. i dont think its disrespectful, the crowd has been cheering for the underdog most matches, same as yesterday when they cheered Pliskova on. Djokovic is never the underdog. On top of that, I assume there are a lot of passionate Italians in the crowd that came for the euros.

At some point when Novak was about to serve, he had to stop and wait for the umpire to make them shut up because some people were actually yelling. I find that very disrespectful and distracting. It's already hard to argue. No other player has a career golden masters 1000. He has 2. Only one of the big 3 to hold a double career slam. He stands alone at the most weeks at number 1. If being the Greatest is based on stats then he's already done it.

@@yannick2047 well he won his 10th slam at USO 2015, so basically 6 years ago. It would probably be less likely he would win another 10 in the next 6 years because the next 6 years won’t be the same as the previous 6 (in terms of body, advancing age, etc). I would imagine another 5-6 slams are possible though hence 25-26 total seems more realistic.
