I couldn't be happier for Novak. Technically well in the lead in the GOAT debate without ANY shadow of a doubt. Apart from achieving no.21 and possibly the Golden Slam, Novak has literally broken every record set by Federer and Nadal, and by some considerable margin. The only record still standing, is the most appearances in a Wimbledon final, which is 12, by Federer. What Novak has achived today, is simply mind blowing. Isn't it iconic, the only GS loss Novak suffered during 2019 and 2021, was to an Oscar performance lines women. And today's win was Novak at 90%. As he said in tbe post match interview, he's not done yet. What an inspirational human being. Masdive kudos as well to Beritinni for being the only 'next gen' to step up and be counted. Roll on the U.S.Open and the hard court season.

Novak has killer adjustments thruout the match, smaller adjustments thruout the set and mini adjustments every single game he plays. Some things are just instinctive, you can't teach them. Add to this that he is on a relentless pursuit of perfection. He is physically fit, better than anyone else; meantally tougher than most; and has exceptional control over his emotions. You can watch even Roger and Rafa starting to melt with even a hint of few boo-birds in the crowd. Novak has played and won most matches with crowd against him. That's just pure "rough & tough". If Nole was American/British (even Canadian/French/German/Swiss/Swede), the biased crowd would be falling over to kiss his feet. He would have already gotten 25-30 slams. Anyone who says otherwise is simply lying to themselves.

He's the GOAT. If there were any dissenters they have been silenced by this Wimbledon victory. He may be tied with Fed and Rafa (at the moment) but he has a better record across all surfaces AND he has a winning record against both of them. He also amassed his 20 during Fed and Rafa's prime. For a lot of Fed and Rafa's slams they were either dominating a weak era in Roger's case or dominating one particular surface in Rafa's. Give Novak his due. He's the greatest.

Well, besides the insanely and ridiculously astonishing statistics that vouch for his greatness and the legend he is, wherein other players, especially the other two greats 'Fedal' beat only their opponents, Novak beats both his opponents and the crowd, wherever and whenever he plays except Serbia, of course. Besides his super-elastic body, he's learned from the toughest and most low points of his life and absorbed all the unnecessary negativity and hatred around him to mould himself into a double razor ninja sword. Mind as cool as a cucumber and heart of steel. His greatness is purely the reflection of his self-belief, unprecedented discipline and the mindset of a gladiator.
