His defense was the biggest improvement over last year. He doesn't get the credit he deserves for his defense because he's not a huge shot blocker, but his overall defensive impact on the squad this year was absolutely massive. His IQ is off the charts, he gets a ton of steals and deflections, he takes charges, he's a great defensive rebounder, he makes fast and decisive choices and communicates well. The rest of the basketball world is just lucky the man doesn't have hops.

Humble, down to Earth, silent, composed, natural leader, a savant just special in every way. Still a spurs fan, but I watch every Nuggets game I can, just because of Nikola.
